Successfully integrated a Utility Billing system with a full CRM and marketing automation system, on time, on budget with no operational interruption. (This is a rare success in the industry. See BG’s experience here ).
Managed all the technical, operational and user flow aspects and interfaces, contracting, management of 3rd party system integrators, procurement teams, all delivered a working solution to the business.
Built an entirely new team and a live technology product within 12 months. My role was to start from zero and deliver the technical and operational components, to create a viable business platform for Planet 9 Energy, an ESB startup.

BNP Paribas HFS(2015-2016)
I was interim CTO of the BNP Paribas Hedge Fund Services unit during the transition following the acquisition of the business from Credit Suisse.
Built IT Strategy and Technical Architecture for the acquired unit, roadmap for IT system projects & integrations through 2018.
Upgraded core Fund Accounting and Investor Services systems to latest versions. Maintained services for global operations in Asia, Europe, NA and the Caribbean.
Working for the VP Tech Ops and the CTO.
Wonga had been a “cowboy” organization and new management was trying to reform the business.
Sadly, it turns out they were too late.
Managed the Proximus (Belgium) customer operations and tactical marketing operations team up to Xmas 2006
Large scale B2C marketing operations based on big data. Brought Proximus back to #1 market share.
Transformed Jazztel Spain’s acquisition and customer onboarding processes, with a 75% improvement in KPIs in two months with major changes to process and systems.
Participated in a due-diligence for a potential acquisition.
Led the review of sales and marketing.
Building marketing and sales excellence for mobile and then later fixed MPLS network Sales, working with Ericsson in Benelux. Presenting E/// as a preferred partner in a solution sales model rather than a “box-shifter”.
Broke into new accounts worth $x00m in sales and stole multiple accounts from Nokia.
Turnaround on failing telecom network rollouts in Thailand and Philippines.
Mobile operator launch, nationwide, India. First handset batch ordered was ten million handsets.
